OYOB are a property development company that provide not only investment and property advice, but also a range of collaborative investment opportunities based on client needs.
The business started as a group of investors with vast experience in their individual fields of Real Estate, Property Development and Architecture who came together to invest in development opportunities, and have grown this into today’s business offering of an end-to-end Property Advisory and Investment service.
OYOB in conjunction with our development partners have delivered over $ 300 million in development projects. Projects range from extensive residential estates and commercial properties throughout Melbourne, to aged care facilities for Australia’s ageing population. Our extensive consultancy services and high level of repeat clientele is testament to the company’s holistic property investment and wealth creation.
Members of the team at OYOB are all investors in the products themselves, whether it be investing in a development, Greenfielding blocks or income producing. The team at OYOB are socially conscious and have a very strong philosophy around giving back to the community, through various charities and fundraising events.
This philosophy flows through to the advice and investment opportunities provided to clients, with the management team being in this together with the OYOB clients, and providing a commitment to helping other Australians achieve their goals, through managing their money and investments better.

The Architect

Patrick has been involved in large-scale Greenfielding projects since 2002, beginning with the estates of Dingley and Taylors Hill. Through a wealth of knowledge and expertise amassed over 29 years as a registered practicing architect, Patrick is now delivering the benefits of Greenfielding to the retail market, a concept that has been in the making for 20 years.
Founder of architectural firm StrataPNA, whose early commissions include early stage feasibilities and government project viability assessments, Patrick has first-hand experience of the early factors and indicators in growth areas well ahead of population growth.
His mission is to develop property more securely and successfully, and brings his knowledge to help realise and unlock the potential of Greenfielding for OYOB.
MICHAEL MAMASIS
The Strategist
With 25 years of experience as a highly successful real estate agent, a former Partner and Lead Auctioneer for Parkes Property, Michael’s strong ethical foundation and client centric philosophy means he is always pushing to deliver real value for our clients as leader of our Sales team.
Having experienced the ups and downs of the property market, Michael was attracted to OYOB because of its unique product offering to the retail market. An ardent believer of Greenfielding, Michael sees how the OYOB model can create investor’s wealth faster than the traditional property investment strategy. Most importantly, Michael understands even the best product is of no use if it doesn’t match our client’s life and wealth creation goals.
AYNKARAN SIVARATNAM
The Chief Financial Officer
Two decades of CFO experience with global industry leaders such as American Express and Carlson Wagonlit alongside a reputation for driving company profitability and growth, Aynkaran is responsible for managing OYOB’s finances under our corporate governance structure.
He is focused on maximising company and investor wealth to deliver above market returns. During his term at Carlson Wagonlit, Aynkaran oversaw the growth of the company to over $1 billion in annual revenue.
As a Fellow of the Certified Practicing Accountants in Australia and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants Aynkaran brings his vast experience in asset management, mergers and acquisitions, corporate accounting and implementing large-scale financial plans to the OYOB group.
